45. In section 15 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (accounts and audit), in subsection (2)(a) for the words from “shall not be qualified” to the end substitute “shall not be so appointed unless he is eligible for appointment as a company auditor under section 25 of the Companies Act 1989.”.
1982 c. 16. Section 15(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 was substituted by the Civil Aviation Authority (Auditing of Accounts) Order 1984 (S.I. 1984/65) and has been amended by section 30 of and Schedule 2 to the Companies Consolidation (Consequential Provisions) Act 1985. That amendment has been superseded by these Regulations.
