Supplementary powers of the Secretary of State11.

The Secretary of State may make such provisions giving full effect to or otherwise supplementing the provisions made by this Order as appear to him to be expedient, including in particular provisions as to standard assessment tasks for the purpose mentioned in the definition of “SATs” in article 2(1) and as to their administration to pupils.
