BETTING, GAMING AND LOTTERIES
This Order increases from £25 to £32 the fee to be charged in England and Wales under the Gaming Act 1968 for the grant or renewal of a permit under section 34 of that Act for premises where gaming machines are used.

The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) Order 19883 is hereby revoked.
