Amendment of paragraph 8 of Schedule 9 to the Claims and Payments Regulations

19.  In paragraph 8 of Schedule 9 to the Claims and Payments Regulations(1) (maximum amount of payments to third parties)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1) for the reference to “and 7(3)(a)” there shall be substituted a reference to “,7(3)(a) and 7(5)(a)”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (2)—

(i) for the words “paragraphs 5(5), 6(6) and 7” there shall be substituted the words “paragraphs 3(2)(a), 5, 6 and 7”; and

(ii) for the words “of regulation 17” there shall be substituted the words “of regulation 17(1)”.
