The Insurance Companies (Linked Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations 1991

The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under sections 78(1) and (2)(a) and 97 of the Insurance Companies Act 19821 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
