The Nursing Homes and Mental Nursing Homes (Amendment) Regulations 1991

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs (a)(i) and (d) of section 27 and section 56(4) of the Registered Homes Act 19841 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
