Parts I and II of Schedule 9 to the 1985 Act4 shall form a new Schedule to that Act numbered “Schedule 9A” and entitled “Special Provisions For Insurance Companies And Groups”, which shall be inserted after Schedule 9.

Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1985 Act is repealed.

The following is substituted for the heading of Schedule 9 to the 1985 Act: “Special Provisions For Banking Companies And Groups”.

Parts I to III of Schedule 1 to these Regulations (Form and content of accounts of banking companies and groups) are inserted into the 1985 Act as Parts I to III of Schedule 9 to that Act.
