Omission of regulations 39, 40 and 41

19.  In Part VI–

(a) for the heading to that Part there shall be substituted the following heading–

“MOBILITY COMPONENT OF DISABILITY LIVING ALLOWANCE AND DISABILITY LIVING ALLOWANCE FOR CHILDREN”; and

(b) regulations 39 to 41 shall be omitted.
