Amendment of the Civil Legal Aid (General) Regulations 1989
4. In regulations 96(3)(b) and 97(4) for the words from “at the rate” to the words “per annum” there shall be substituted, in respect of interest accruing on or after 1st January 1992, the words “at the rate of 10½ per cent per annum”.
