1. These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st January 1992 immediately after the coming into force of regulation 10 of the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 1991().
