Provisions coming into force on 13th December 1991

2.  The following provisions of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 shall come into force on 13th December 1991–

• section 33(3) and (4);

• section 34(5), (7) to (9) and (11);

• section 52(8) in so far as it relates to section 52(1) and (3);

• section 78.
