Revocations

18.—(1) Articles 3 to 11 and 14 to 18 of and Schedules 1 and 3 to 11 to the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1991(1) are hereby revoked in relation to any particular case as from the date on which the rates or amounts of benefit specified in this Order in relation to that benefit take effect in relation to that case.

(2) The following provisions are hereby revoked—

(a)the whole of the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1990(2) , in so far as not previously revoked; and

(b)the whole of the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1989(3) , in so far as not previously revoked.
