Publication of proposals

2.  Any proposals which are required to be published by section 28(1) of the Education Reform Act 1988 (proposals for reducing any standard number applying to any county or voluntary school under section 27 of that Act) shall be published—

(a)in at least one newspaper circulating in the area served by the school to which the proposals relate;

(b)by being posted in at least one conspicuous place within that area; and

(c)by being posted at or near any main entrance to the school concerned.
