THE SCHEDULE

The prescribed sum in respect of the issue or renewal of the licence and in respect of the prescribed time:

  • coverage of 100,000 people or more—£369 per complete 100,000 people covered, any final group of less than 100,000 people being disregarded

For each medium wave band frequency—

  • £180 where the power of transmission is less than 50 mW ERP;

  • £400 where the power of transmission is 50 mW ERP or more but not exceeding 1 W ERP;

  • £830 where the power of transmission exceeds 1 W ERP

For each VHF band frequency—

  • £680 where the power of transmission does not exceed 1 W ERP;

  • £1,440 where the power of transmission exceeds 1 W ERP
