The National Health Service (General Medical and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1991

The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred on him by sections 19, 23, 24, 27, 28, 105(7) and 108(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and by section 39(8) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19902, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and after consulting the Council on Tribunals and its Scottish Committee, insofar as such consultation is required in accordance with section 10 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19713, hereby makes the following Regulations:
