The Personal and Occupational Pension Schemes (Pensions Ombudsman) Regulations 1991

The Secretary of State for Social Security in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 166(1) to (3A) and 168(1) of, and Schedule 20 to, the Social Security Act 19751, sections 59C(3) and (5) and 66(2) of the Social Security Pensions Act 19752 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals to make these Regulations in so far as they are made under powers In section 59C(5) of the Social Security Pensions Act should not be referred to it, by this instrument, which is otherwise made before the end of a period of 6 months from the coming into force of section 12 of and Schedule 3 to the Social Security Act 19903 hereby makes the following Regulations:
