The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Economic Community2, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the said section 2(2) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
