The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations19882 are hereby amended as follows—
a
in regulation 3(2), for“£28.00” there shall be substituted“£30.30”;
b
in paragraph (a) of Schedule 2, for“£48.00” there shall be substituted“£52.00”; and
c
in paragraph 1(1)(a) of Schedule 3, for“£33.00”,“£48.00” and“£9.20” there shall be substituted respectively“£35.00”,“£52.00” and“£12.00”.
