Whereas a draft of the following Order was laid before Parliament inaccordance with section 1(4A) of the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 19791 and was approved by resolution of each House ofParliament:

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Social Security with theconsent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section1(1A) of the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979 and of all other powersenabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
