The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, theSecretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, and the Secretary ofState for Scotland, as respects Scotland, in exercise of the powersconferred on them by section 86(14) and (15) of the EnvironmentalProtection Act 1990(1), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf,hereby make the following Order:—
(1)
