BETTING, GAMING AND LOTTERIES

This Order, which extends to Scotland only—increases from £4,000 to £4,500 the maximum aggregate sum permitted to be paid to players as winnings in respect of all “linked” games of bingo (article 2); andincreases from £1,750 to £2,000 the maximum amount by which weekly winnings in bingo clubs may exceed the stakes hazarded (article 3).
