The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by the enactments specified in the Schedule to these Regulations and now vested in him1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Lord Advocate and, in accordance with section 10 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19712, with the Council on Tribunals, hereby makes the following Regulations:
