NORTHERN IRELAND

This Order brings into force on 1st June 1992 the provisions of Part VII of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991, which relate to the confiscation of proceeds of terrorist related crime. The only provisions of the Act which are not now in force are section 34 and Schedule 3, which relate to detention orders.
