Amendment of the principal Regulations
3. In regulation 4(1) of the principal Regulations for the words “The appropriate Minister”, there shall be substituted the words “In relation to applications for premium lodged during the period 1991/1992 specified in Article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 3605/91(1), the appropriate Minister”.
