Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order determines the amount of the revenue support grant payable to each local authority specified in Schedule 2 to the Order in respect of the financial year 1992-93.

This Order also redetermines for a second time the amount of the revenue support grant payable to each local authority specified in Schedule 1 to the Order in respect of the financial year 1990-91.

As a consequence, it revokes the Revenue Support Grant (Scotland) (No. 2) Order 1991 which previously redetermined such amounts.
