SCHEDULE
The provisions of the Acts which do not apply to a Ministry of Defence commercially managed ship—
1. The 1894 Act(1):
Sections 8 to 12, 59, 459 to 461, 552, 553, 567and 568.
2. The Merchant Shipping Act 1897(2):
The whole Act.
