4.—(1) In any case where, immediately before the commencement date, the Lord President is the trustee of any property and—
(a)he is trustee by virtue of Article 3(1) of the 1986 Order, or
(b)it may reasonably be inferred that he is trustee by reason of his being a Minister of the Crown with responsibility for the Arts,
the Secretary of State is hereby substituted for the Lord President as trustee of the property.
(2) The property in the chattels vested in the Lord President by virtue of section 1(2) of the Wellington Museum Act 1947(1) and Article 3(2) of the 1986 Order is hereby transferred to the Secretary of State for National Heritage.
