The Council Tax (Administration and Enforcement) (Scotland) Regulations 1992

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 113(1) and (2) and 116(1) of, and paragraphs, 1(1), 2(2), (3), (4)(a) to (c), (e), (g) and (i), and (5), 3 to 10, 12, 13(2)(a) and (3), 16 and 18 of Schedule 2, paragraph 6 of Schedule 3, and paragraphs 2(2) and 5 of Schedule 8 to, the Local Government Finance Act 19921 and those provisions as read with paragraph 11 of Schedule 11 to that Act and with the Council Water Charge (Scotland) Regulations 19922 made thereunder, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
