Whereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 69(3)(a) of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 19911 and section 27(11)(a) of the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 19892, I hereby make the following Order:
