Amendment of the Harbours Act 1964

2.  The Harbours Act 1964(1), so far as it extends to Scotland, shall have effect subject to the like amendments as were made to that Act, so far as it did not so extend, by the Harbour Works (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1988(2).
