The Reservoirs Act 1975 (Supervising Engineers Panel) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 1984(1), the Reservoirs Act 1975 (All Reservoirs Panel) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 1985(2), the Reservoirs Act 1975 (Non-Impounding and Service Reservoirs Panels) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 1985(3), the Reservoirs (Panels of Civil Engineers) (Reappointment) Regulations 1989(4) and the Reservoirs Act 1975 (Application Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1989(5) are hereby revoked.
