Savings
3.—(1) The amendments made to the 1988 Order by paragraphs 3 to 8 and 10(b) and (c) of the Schedule shall not apply with respect to applications made under section 64 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 before the coming into force of this Order (and accordingly the provisions of the 1988 Order amended by those paragraphs shall continue to apply to such applications in the form in which they were in force immediately before the coming into force of this Order).
(2) The amendments made to the 1988 Order by paragraphs 5, 10(a), 12, 13, and 14 of the Schedule shall not apply with respect to applications for established use certificates under section 192 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as originally enacted, made before the coming into force of this Order (and accordingly the provisions of the apply to such applications in the form in which they were in force immediately before the coming into force of this Order).
