2. In rule 4(2)(c) of the Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry Procedure (Scotland) Rules 1977(()) (notice of holding an inquiry), for the words “Secretary of State for Energy” there shall be substituted the words “Secretary of State for Employment”.
