2. The Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Canada) Order 1987(1) shall be amended by adding in article 3 (which names the Canadian courts, including the courts of Provinces, which are to be recognised courts for the purposes of Part I of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1933 before “British Columbia”, the word, “Alberta”.
