Where, but for this paragraph, more than F1£20.00 would be disregarded under paragraphs 18 and 19(1) in respect of the same week, only F1£20.00 in aggregate shall be disregarded and where an amount falls to be deducted from the income of a student under paragraph 16(3)(b) or (c) of Schedule 1, that amount shall count as part of the F1£20.00 disregard allowed under this paragraph.

Where any payment which is due to be paid in one week is paid in another week, sub-paragraph (1) and paragraphs 18 and 19(1) shall have effect as if that payment were received in the week in which it was due.
