20.—(1) Where, but for this paragraph, more than [F1£20.00] would be disregarded under paragraphs 18 and 19(1) in respect of the same week, only [F1£20.00] in aggregate shall be disregarded and where an amount falls to be deducted from the income of a student under paragraph 16(3)(b) or (c) of Schedule 1, that amount shall count as part of the [F1£20.00] disregard allowed under this paragraph.
(2) Where any payment which is due to be paid in one week is paid in another week, sub-paragraph (1) and paragraphs 18 and 19(1) shall have effect as if that payment were received in the week in which it was due.
