26.  Where a local authority makes a payment in respect of the accommodation and maintenance of a child in pursuance of paragraph 15 of Schedule 1 to the Children Act 1989 M1 (local authority contribution to child’s maintenance) to the extent that it exceeds the amount referred to in [F1 regulation 9(1)(g)] (reduced, as the case may be, under regulation 9(4)).
