Any payment made (other than a training allowance), whether by the Secretary of State or any other person, under the Disabled Persons Employment Act 1944 M1 or in accordance with arrangements made under section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973 M2 to assist disabled persons to obtain or retain employment despite their disability.
