1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Charities Act 1992 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1992.
(2) In this Order—
“the 1992 Act ” means the Charities Act 1992, and
“the 1960 Act ” means the Charities Act 1960(1).
