CHAPTER 3Lump Sum Deduction Orders
Period in which representations may be made25M
Where a lump sum deduction order has been made under section 32E(1) of the Act the period for making representations to the F2Secretary of State in respect of the proposal specified in that order is 14 days beginning on the day a copy of the order was served.
