The Secretary of State for Education, in respect of England, and the Secreatry of State for Wales, in respect of Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(4)(b) of the Education (Schools) Act 1992(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Registered Inspectors) (Fees) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 18th September 1992.

Amount of fee

2.  The fee which accompanies an application for registration under section 10 of the Education (Schools) Act 1992 shall be £150.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations set at £150 the amount of the fee which must accompany an application for registration as an inspector under section 10 of the Education (Schools) Act 1992.
