The Secretary of State for Education, in respect of England, and the Secreatry of State for Wales, in respect of Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(4)(b) of the Education (Schools) Act 19921, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Registered Inspectors) (Fees) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 18th September 1992.

Amount of fee2

The fee which accompanies an application for registration under section 10 of the Education (Schools) Act 1992 shall be £150.
