Amendment of the Building (Prescribed Fees etc.) Regulations 1985

2.—(1) The Building (Prescribed Fees etc.) Regulations 1985(1) are amended in accordance with the following paragraphs of this regulation.

(2) In Schedule 1 (small domestic buildings) there shall be substituted—

(a) for “£95” in both paragraphs 2 and 5, “£104”, and

(b) for Tables 1 and 2, the following Tables—

(3) In Schedule 2 (small garages, carports and certain alterations and extensions) there shall be substituted—

(a) in paragraph 1, for “£15”, “£45” and “£60” respectively, “£16”, “£50” and “£66”, and

(b) for the Table in paragraph 2, the following Table—
