1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Essex and Hertfordshire (County Boundaries) Order 1992.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 2nd October 1992 for any purpose set out in regulation 4(1) of the Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976(1).
(3) For all other purposes, this Order shall come into force on 1st April 1993.
