The Education (Crewe and Alsager College of Higher Education Higher Education Corporation) (Dissolution) Order 1992

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128(1), (2) and (6) of the Education Reform Act 19881 the Secretary of State for Education, having consulted in accordance with subsection (4) of the said section 128, Crewe and Alsager College of Higher Education Higher Education Corporation2 and the Higher Education Funding Council for England3, and with the consent of Manchester Polytechnic Higher Education Corporation given in accordance with subsection (2) of that section, hereby makes the following Order:
