Amendment of regulation 13 of the Claims and Payments Regulations13
At the end of regulation 13(5)14 of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 there shall be added the words “save that in their application to paragraph 4(c) those regulations shall be read as though for the words “not less than 24 hours” there were substituted the words “ not less than 16 hours but less than 24 hours””.
