3. Natural prawns and shrimps (whether fresh or preserved, dyed or natural colour) and any part thereof are, in relation to the River Tay Salmon Fishery District(1), specified for the purposes of the definition of “rod and line” in section 24(1) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Protection) (Scotland) Act 1951(2).
The limits of the District are set out in Schedule A to the Salmon Fisheries (Scotland) Act 1868 (c. 123) and were extended by the Salmon Act 1986, section 1.
