2. The Act and the Order shall, in their application, by virtue of section 299(2) of the Act(1), to the making and determination of applications in respect of Crown land for planning permission or for a certificate under section 192 of the Act(2), have effect subject to the modifications specified in the Schedule.
Section 299(2) was amended by paragraph 46(3) of Schedule 7 to the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (c. 34).
Section 192 was substituted by section 10 of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (c. 34).
