These Atomic Weapons Establishment Act 1991 applies in relation to such activities, carried on at such premises, as may abe designated by the Secretary of State. This Order designates those activities and premises, and also appoints a day for the purposes of the definition of “the qualified employees” in section 1(1) of the Act.
