The Social Security (Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance) (Amendment) Regulations 1992

The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 67(2), 72(8) and 175(1) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19921, sections 73(1)(b) and 189(1) and (4) of the Social Security Administration Act 19922 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that the proposals to make these Regulations need not be referred to it3, hereby makes the following Regulations:
